Job summary

Chuy's in Little Rock is seeking a Tortilla & Prep Cook to be the heartbeat of the kitchen, crafting fresh tortillas from scratch and prepping ingredients that bring our Tex-Mex shine to life.

In this fast-paced role, you will roll, chop, slice, mix and prepare everything needed for a legendary Chuy's experience, working with your hands and maintaining consistency and high energy across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to prepare tortillas from scratch.
• Comfort working with fresh ingredients.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Roll tortillas and prep ingredients for service.
• Chop, slice, mix and prepare components for dishes.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency.
