Chuy’s Restaurants is seeking a Tortilla & Prep Cook to join our energetic kitchen team in Texas. You’ll craft tortillas from scratch and prep ingredients that bring our Tex-Mex flavors to life. This role keeps the kitchen running smoothly with rolling, chopping, slicing, and mixing as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with tortilla preparation and from-scratch cooking.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Demonstrated passion for Tex-Mex and fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Roll, chop, slice, mix and prepare ingredients for dishes.
• Craft fresh tortillas from scratch as part of daily prep.
• Maintain smooth kitchen operation and high standards of cleanliness and safety.
