Chuy’s Restaurants is seeking a Tortilla & Prep Cook to craft fresh tortillas from scratch and support the prep work that keeps our Tex-Mex menu on point. You’ll roll, chop, slice, and mix ingredients in a high-energy kitchen, ensuring quick, quality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh tortillas from scratch and assist with prep for service.
• Roll, chop, slice, mix, and organize ingredients for dishes.
• Support cooks and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
• Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency.
