Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring a Torque Converter Associate in Phoenix, AZ for 1st shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM). This hands-on role involves assembling torque converter components, using hand tools, and following production standards to ensure quality.

Light welding knowledge is a plus but not required. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or hands-on production experience preferred.
• Light welding experience is a strong plus but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assemble torque converter components following procedures.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and accurately.
• Perform basic mechanical assembly and fitting.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality.
• Follow written and visual work instructions.
• Assist with welding-related tasks when trained.
• Identify defective or incorrect components and report them.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Maintain an organized, clean workstation.
• Work with leads and teammates to meet goals.
