Your day-to-day:

As a Toro Toro Food & Beverage Attendant, your role includes expediting food from the kitchen to the customer to ensure prompt service. You will assist servers in providing fast and courteous service, including clearing and setting tables, attending buffet areas, and adhering to health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting wait staff in food service according to established standards.
• Setting up the station in the kitchen.
• Delivering food from the kitchen to guests' tables, announcing food as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage and service areas.
• Supporting overall restaurant cleanliness and teamwork.
• Performing side work such as setting up and cleaning tables, stocking stations, and assisting with other duties as needed.
• Monitoring supplies and replenishing buffet items.
• Following preparation standards for food quality and presentation.
• Welcoming guests and responding to their requests promptly and professionally.
• Managing inventory and controlling costs.
• Ensuring all equipment is in safe working condition and reporting issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic reading, writing, and math skills required. Prior food service experience is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and have communication skills for guest interaction. A food handler's permit or health/food safety certification is required. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
