Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
• Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
• Sharp and able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time.
• At your best when the bar is high, the pace is fast, and rewards match the effort.

Responsibilities

• Close 2-3 pre-qualified appointments a day, Monday through Friday. No cold-calling, no scheduling bottlenecks.
• Solve. Help homeowners by designing a permanent fix and delivering peace of mind.
• Lead. Represent a standard others in the industry chase; demonstrate consistent value in every home.
