Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst - Windows Systems Administrator to support classified government contracts on-site at Woodland Hills, CA. The role focuses on Windows server operations, security compliance, and incident response in a multi-domain environment.

The ideal candidate holds TS/SCI (or ability to obtain), has experience with AD, GPOs, backups, and patching, and can collaborate with network and software engineers to ensure secure, reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor with relevant experience or higher diploma with years measured as required.
• Must meet U.S. Government 8140 for Computer Systems Analyst IAT II.
• U.S. Top Secret clearance required with SAP clearance before start.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS and workstation support.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Exhibits good communication skills and patience with customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction per defined objectives and policies.
• Report task statuses in written and oral form.
• Isolate issues across software, firmware, hardware, OS, and networks.
• Collaborate with network, software, and system engineers.
• Support multiple networks and complete admin tasks per security policies.
• Install, upgrade/patch, troubleshoot systems in configuration management.
• Maintain backup and recovery, manage Windows file systems and antivirus.
• Create Windows accounts, permissions and security access lists.
• Test new product releases to ensure compatibility.
• Follow documented processes; assist with vendor issues.
• Maintain security audit and logging information; input to Cybersecurity.
• Support environments via ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
• Raise issues needing senior attention; lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Work after hours and weekends as needed.
