Job summary

Maania is seeking a Systems Architect in Dayton, OH to design and integrate enterprise-scale IT systems within DoD, IC, or Federal environments. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and independent work in fast-paced mission settings.

Active Secret clearance is required, with Top Secret/SCI preferred. The candidate should bring extensive experience in systems engineering, architecture methodologies, and modern cloud and security practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (CS, IS, Engineering, Cybersecurity)
10+ years of systems engineering or enterprise architecture experience
Experience designing enterprise-scale IT systems in DoD/IC/Federal environments
Knowledge of architecture methodologies, distributed systems, and integration patterns
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and agile development
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks including RMF, NIST, Zero Trust
Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, virtualization, databases, and apps
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement
Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferred
