Job summary

P-11 Security in Albuquerque, NM, seeks an Activity Security Representative to provide multi-disciplined security support for a facility and SCI/SAP activities, including document control, classified mail, and access systems.

The role requires 3-5 years related experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and current Top Secret clearance with willingness to obtain polygraph; travel within the AOR is possible. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adherence to DCIDs/JAFANs is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Current Top Secret Clearance and eligibility for access to SAP information.
• Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control.
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listings.
• Process inbound visit notices and maintain logs.
• Escort facility visitors and logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain facility access control systems and visitor control.
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System and billets quota.
• Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel.
• Follow customer SOPs and security policies.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Provide miscellaneous administrative support as directed.
