Koniag IT Systems, LLC (KITS), a Koniag Government Services (KGS) company, seeks a Personnel Security Specialist in Washington, DC. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain additional access.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; ability to obtain additional access.
• Experience in government security background investigations and NBIS.
• Knowledge of NFIRS? (note: only include facts from HTML)
• Knowledge of government security regulations and policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process background investigation requests to determine suitability for access.
• Coordinate with internal and external organizations for security solutions.
• Prepare summary reports and data reports from security applications.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of investigative data and recommend access decisions.
• Prepare clearance forms and letters to federal agencies for information.
