Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an Information System Security Officer II to support DoD Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments in a hands-on security role.

The ISSO II will manage day-to-day AIS authorization activities and provide security coordination across complex programs. The role requires reviewing authorization packages, conducting inspections, coordinating security reviews, and deploying countermeasures to protect

Qualifications

• Requires four (4) years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 2 requirements within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and update AIS authorization packages.
• Notify customer of changes affecting AIS authorization.
• Perform AIS self-inspections and security coordination.
• Identify AIS vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures.
• Represent the customer on technical review teams.
• Conduct security surveys at subordinate facilities and gather documentation.
• Coordinate AIS inspections, reports, and responses.
• Maintain AIS security records and ensure proper disposal of network nodes.
