Job summary

Probity Inc. is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph to design, develop, and support enterprise web applications.

You will work in a dispersed team environment, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle and contributing to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, designing software interfaces, and guiding project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Angular
• Experience with Java
• Willing to develop and implement solutions in a dispersed team environment
• Experience working on a SCRUM team supporting Lean Agile Framework
• Conducts routine quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
• Experience with GIT and Jenkins
• Demonstrated experience with webservice design and development
• Experience with continuous integration, test automation and DevOps; Familiar with Linux environments
• Translate system requirements into complex application interfaces
• Knowledge of JDBC/ODBC or direct database interfaces

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge across the software development lifecycle
• Analyzes user/business needs to plan and design software systems
• Designs software for client use to optimize efficiency
• May manage websites including design, deploy and maintenance
• Performs testing and quality assurance of web sites and applications
• May provide guidance and leadership to less-experienced analysts
• May consult across multiple programs/contracts within a division
