Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 to join our team in Palmdale, CA. The role focuses on maintaining records and supporting personnel security functions.

You will serve as a records maintainer, audit PERSEC files, and input information into government databases with high accuracy. The position requires a HS diploma with security experience and a Top Secret clearance. We value strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of security or related administrative experience.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Special Access Program (SAP).
• Ability to sit and/or stand throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a records maintainer and data entry specialist within the Personnel Security Team.
• Audit and ensure accuracy of documents within PERSEC files.
• Enter information into government databases with a high rate of accuracy, including SIMS and Excel.
• Handle electronic recordkeeping and corporate archival functions.
• Send and receive visitor information and process badges for long‑term visitors and customers.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
