Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Test Engineer – Level 3 or 4 for our Colorado Springs, CO site. The role focuses on end-to-end software testing for an advanced radar system and requires developing verification procedures for formal acceptance testing and supporting fault detection during integration.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with ability to obtain/maintain SCI access.
• Experience developing software requirements verification procedures.
• Experience conducting formal requirements verification tests.

Responsibilities

• Execute software testing on an advanced radar system.
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Create detailed requirements verification procedures for formal acceptance testing.
• Support system/subsystem integration and test activities, including fault detection and recovery.
• Document test requirements and verification methodologies in the requirements management system.
• Review systems engineering documentation to ensure test plans/methodologies are accurate and aligned to system needs.
• Participate in test planning and execution, including readiness reviews.
• Contribute to development of innovative test automation solutions.
• Support an Agile software development team and coordinate with engineers and stakeholders.
