Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience leading collateral, special programs, or SCI teams.
• Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Security Manual and ICD 705.
• Experience with Program Security and 32 CFR (NISPOM) and other gov regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Industrial Security/Special Access program across multiple sites and business areas.
• Develop and execute security programs protecting proprietary information in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with U.S. Government customers to receive, submit, and process classified requests.
• Coordinate subordinate recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, and personnel actions.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions for staff.
