Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Top Secret Power Platform Developer to join a large DoD program. This full-time role offers hybrid flexibility out of SE Washington DC and requires TS/SCI or CI Poly clearance.

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. You will lead architecture sessions and translate requirements into scalable, robust data models and apps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with Power Apps.
• Experience with Dataverse, data modeling, and relational data structures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret, TS/SCI, or CI Poly clearance.

Essential Duties of the Power Platform Developer:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Lead architectural design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable, well-structured Power Platform solutions
• Implement robust data models, relationships, and business rule using Dataverse and other connected data sources
• Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and/or ModelDriven) to support business processes and user workflows.

Qualifications of the Power Platform Developer:

• 8+ years of professional IT experience
• Hands‑on experience building solutions with Power Apps.
• Experience with Dataverse, data modeling, and relational data structures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret, TS/SCI, or CI Poly clearance.

Compensation for the Power Platform Developer:

• $120,000 - $170,000 (based on experience)
• 1-2 days remote per week
