Job summary

Aviation Systems Engineering Company in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Training Expert - Triton (MQ-4C) Naval Flight Officer to support a dynamic training program based in our Jacksonville corporate office.

You will coordinate with program managers to define training scope for MQ-4C Triton UAS, develop curricula for devices and learning objectives, and build master schedules using PowerPoint, Word and Excel; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years MQ-4C Triton NFO experience required; P-8A or EP-3 NFO also considered.
• Experience with engineering software tools desirable.
• Experience developing training for fleet users is highly desired.
• DoD Acquisition experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with program managers to establish schedule and scope of training products supporting MQ-4C Triton UAS operations (mission systems, ISR mission sets).
• Provide expert knowledge on MQ-4C Triton mission systems and software (Minotaur, Merlin, IBS); develop curriculum for training devices, learning objectives, and master schedules.
• Develop training products using contract-directed software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Apply training requirements for classified products, including marking, releasability, and derivative classification.
• Support training of VP/VUP squadrons, FRS pipelines, DSO watch floor operators, OSU and Wing WTU staff, and VUP Triton squadrons.
