• Be highly motivated, work independently, and have good written and oral communication skills.
• Train team members in proper inventory methods.
• Prepare inventory reports and report what comes in and goes out on a weekly basis.
• Prepare activity report to inform upper management.
• Manage and monitor storage and warehouse facilities.
• Maintain and update property management databases.
