Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Sustainment Analyst to support a DoD client. You will analyze maintenance, inventory, and readiness data to identify trends and measure system performance, using Python, databases, and spreadsheets to develop reports and provide data-driven recommendations for sustainment operations.

Expect collaboration with stakeholders to support mission readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of logistics, sustainment, supply chain or related experience.
• Experience analyzing maintenance, inventory, readiness, or operational data.
• Experience using Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and large datasets.
• Understanding of DoD logistics, sustainment, or acquisition processes.
• Weapon system sustainment experience and LCSPs knowledge.
• Familiarity with readiness, reliability, and maintenance metrics.
