Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on PCs and PDAs associated with assigned systems.
• Plan, coordinate, modify, implement, and troubleshoot in order to meet customer needs.
• Develop, test, and implement backup and recovery strategies for assigned systems.
• Evaluate hardware/software changes and consider cost, compatibility, and impact on existing equipment.
• Develop SOPs, bulletins, and guidelines for operation of C4 systems and services.
