Job summary

Tenacity Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) / RMF Analyst to support a classified Treasury IT environment in the Washington, DC area. The role requires hands-on RMF, A&A activities, and the development of security docs such as SSPs and POA&Ms for system authorization.

The ideal candidate holds an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, can work on-site, and communicates risks effectively to engineers and Government leadership while

Qualifications

• Active final Top Secret clearance required.
• Eligible for SCI access.
• Experience supporting RMF/A&A for federal or DoD systems.
• Ability to develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, risk docs, and SOPs.
• ATO/RMF package experience.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53; DISA STIGs.
• Strong technical writing and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to communicate risks with engineers and government leadership.
• On-site work in the Washington, DC/NCR area.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF and A&A activities for federal or DoD systems.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and authorization artifacts.
• Assist in building ATO/RMF packages from development to authorization.
• Track and coordinate POA&Ms and vulnerability remediation.
• Review vulnerability scans (ACAS/Nessus) and coordinate fixes.
• Ensure DISA STIG compliance and security posture.
• Support audits, inspections, and security assessments.
• Collaborate with Security Control Assessors and engineers.
• Provide status and metrics to government and contractor leadership.
• Occasional after-hours support for security incidents or maintenance.
