Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active TS Clearance.
• Practical knowledge of DISS, e-QIP, SIMS (or equivalent), and NISS/ISFD.
• Previous industrial security experience with NISPOM.
• Experience with personnel security, document and visitor control.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally with all levels.
• Experience in US Government/DoD/Intelligence security management.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Well organized, able to work independently yet part of a team.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multi-task initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Follow regulations (NISPOM, ICD) to administer routine industrial security programs and ensure compliance.
• Support collateral and SCI security programs.
• Process SF86/Agency nomination packages, completing DD-254, fingerprinting, VALs; coordinate with customer security reps.
• Protect classified information; monitor security procedures and systems.
• Conduct security briefings and security education programs.
• Investigate losses and violations; recommend corrective actions.
• Be flexible to move between tasks and handle multiple initiatives.
