Job summary

Everforth ECS FEDERAL LLC seeks an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer in Washington, DC to design, develop, and maintain our IAM infrastructure. The role emphasizes Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD), with broader IAM tooling as needed.

You will engineer workflows, automate identity processes, and support SSO and RBAC models while performing routine patching and system updates across Oracle,

Qualifications

• Must have IAM design, development and maintenance experience.
• Experience with IDM provisioning, SSO, and RBAC models.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Proficient in Oracle IDM products (OIM/OAM/OUD/OVD).
• Clear understanding of security controls and IAM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IAM capabilities and components.
• Implement IAM workflows and COTS configurations.
• Patch Oracle, Windows, and RHEL systems; apply security updates.
• Create scripts and automation to improve IAM processes.
• Configure RBAC and ABAC policies; support SSO implementations.
• Provide knowledge transfer and hands-on training to teammates.
