Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is recruiting a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Level 3/4) to join a ~35-person NG team, primarily based in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on developing Java applications within a secure, agile program environment, including integration, testing, deployment, and O&M support.

The candidate will collaborate across Scrum teams, learn quickly, and contribute to mission-critical software alongside colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of software development experience (Level 3).
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 8+ years of experience (Level 4).
• Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain SCI access.
• Experience developing Java applications.
• Experience containerized architectures with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience on Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with Agile principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications primarily in Java.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams led by Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Support integration, testing, deployment, and O&M defect resolution in a secure facility.
• Contribute to full software lifecycle and understand system architecture.
