Job summary

TMC Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the FBI's ECS Data and Applications Team, focusing on DevSecOps infrastructure across secure enclaves. Candidates must hold US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities include deployment, configuration, and operations of Linux-based tools; scripting in Python; container orchestration with Kubernetes and Ansible; and monitoring with Splunk, Grafana, and Cribl. Strong CI/CD experience required.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to start.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Linux-based environment administration.
Experience with Splunk.
Experience developing, creating, modifying, and maintaining software for cybersecurity.
Preferred: RHCSA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate.
Experience integrating third-party components and automation.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, test, certify, operate, patch, and address interoperability issues of DevSecOps infrastructure tools.
Lead primary Operations and Maintenance for multiple tools.
Deploy and configure services using infrastructure as a service provider.
Configure and manage Linux-based servers for dynamic websites.
Debug cluster-based computing architectures.
Develop with Python and use GitHub for CI/CD workflows.
Apply Kubernetes and Ansible for orchestration and automation in secure environments.
Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) in a DevSecOps setting.
Learn and implement tools like Grafana, Splunk, Cribl, Power BI, and cloud-based development services to improve monitoring and automation.
