Job summary
Northrop Grumman's Space Systems Sector is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer. Based in Aurora, CO, the role supports rapid capability maturation, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure management within an Agile team. A Top Secret clearance and CI Poly are required.
Responsibilities include building and deploying automated pipelines, implementing SCM and testing, and collaborating with developers to optimize performance. Sign-on bonus applies; relocation assistance may be available.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret with SCI access at time of application.
- US citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years for Level 2, 5+ for Level 3.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and provisioning.
- DoD 8570 IAT/IAM II certification or equivalent.
- Linux administration experience.
- Experience in Agile development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and evolve processes and infrastructure for rapid capability maturation.
- Automate build/deploy/test pipelines; implement CI/CD.
- Define provisioning and monitoring standards.
- Ensure SCM, code quality, and test coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate CI/CD systems.
- Monitor and support installed systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Evaluate performance and optimize bottlenecks with developers.
