Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Scientist to join our AI & Data Defense and Security Segment, supporting DHS programs. You will fuse structured and unstructured data from FinCEN, open sources, and ArcGIS to build automated workflows and models that enhance investigative efficiency.

You will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets with Python, R, and SQL, develop data visualizations with Power BI, ensure data governance, and present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Three or more years of experience in data science, data analytics, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and analyze data sets (FinCEN, Open Source, ArcGIS, etc.).
• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using Python, R and SQL.
• Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI).
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms and automated processes.
