Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. seeks experienced ACO-P Instructors/Writers to support the U.S. Army Cyber School at Fort Gordon, GA. You will develop government-owned training and facilitate instruction in cyberspace operations using modern learning methods.

The role requires TS clearance eligibility, experience in agile environments, and knowledge of DoD cyber standards. This full-time position emphasizes hands-on engagement and curriculum validation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Three or more years in cyberspace operations.
• CS/EE/Cybersecurity/IS degree or higher.
• Certified in NSA Windermere, RIOT, FORGE, AOC-P, OSCP, GXPN, or CRTO.
• Experience with agile development.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with flexible customer requirements.
• Knowledge of penetration testing or red team operations.
• U.S. residency and eligibility to obtain/maintain TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop government-owned training and provide classroom support.
• Participate in operational tests and validate training materials.
• Deliver training per POI, MTP, ALC 2015, and DoD standards.
• Curate course material to foster creative problem solving.
• Engage learners with dynamic techniques challenging conventional cyber concepts.
