Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. seeks experienced ACO-P Instructors/Writers to support the U.S. Army Cyber School at Ft.

Gordon, GA. You will develop government-owned training, support classrooms, and assist in validating and delivering curriculum per strict DoD and NSA standards. Requirements include Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, 3+ years in cyberspace operations, and certifications such as AOC-P, OSCP, or GXPN.

Qualifications

• Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years of cyberspace operations experience in USCYBERCOM or IC.
• Certification coursework: NSA Windermere, NSA RIOT, NSA FORGE, AOC-P, OSCP, GXPN, CRTO.
• Container tech proficiency: Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with fast-paced environments and flexible customer requirements.
• Knowledge of penetration testing or red team operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/CE/EE/Cybersecurity/IS.
• Instructor/writer experience: 1+ year in supervising or creating training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop government-owned training and provide classroom support.
• Participate in operational tests and material validation.
• Deliver training per POI, MTP, ALC 2015, NSA/DoD standards.
• Develop and review training materials and curriculum.
