Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS, an employee-owned federal government contractor, seeks a senior systems administrator to support a DOJ/FBI program in a highly technical data‑collection environment. You will manage AD/GPOs, perform systems admin tasks, and interface with customers to define secure solutions.

Applicants must hold an active TS clearance and have PowerShell, Tanium, VMware, and networking experience. Travel up to 5% CONUS may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires active Top-Secret clearance.
• Minimum education/experience matches the listed combos (HS/AS/BS/MS with corresponding years).
• PowerShell experience is required.
• Tanium Endpoint Management experience required and willingness to obtain TCO/TCA certifications.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP/DNS, VMware, and Cisco IOS is required.
• Ability to script with PowerShell/Ansible and Microsoft scripting solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Support a DoJ/FBI program and diverse data collection systems.
• Interface with customers to define and meet support needs.
• Manage Group Policy Objects and Active Directory settings.
• Perform systems administration and network support with AD focus.
• Design, install, and maintain network components; supervise configurations.
