Job summary

Redfin is seeking licensed real estate agents in Kentucky to join our agent team or work independently, with highly competitive commissions and access to Redfin.com customers, benefits and support. As a Redfin agent you’ll use our proprietary CRM, benefit from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents, plus an inside sales group that books opportunities for you.

Commissions vary by deal source with in-year accelerators and no limits on earnings;

Qualifications

• Real estate license required to practice in Kentucky.
• Minimum 1 year residential real estate sales experience.
• Proven ability to win web leads and convert to closed deals.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients through home buying and selling processes.
• Leverage Redfin platform to generate and manage leads.
• Coordinate with showing agents, transaction coordinators, and support teams.
• Communicate clearly with clients to secure listings and closings.
