Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity.
• Trusted advisor with in-depth experience guiding clients through home buying and selling process.
• Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals and earning referral business.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
