As part of our network, you’ll use our proprietary CRM, receive support from a transaction coordinator and a showing agents team, and benefit from extensive marketing and perks designed to help you grow your business. Licenses and field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience guiding clients through home buying and selling.
• Proven track record of winning clients, closing deals and earning referrals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Redfin's proprietary CRM to manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline.
• Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents.
• Your inside sales team will qualify opportunities and book them on your calendar, handling logistics for showings.
