Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and is seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement.

This is not an employment position—providers operate as 1099 contractors using their own methods, equipment, and schedule within the service agreement. Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial/industrial floor care is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to quality and service standards.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning across designated areas including restrooms and offices.
• Carry out floor care tasks: buffing, polishing, stripping.
• Use your own cleaning equipment and supplies per service agreement.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards throughout facilities.
• Adhere to site safety protocols and perform minor touch-ups as agreed.
