Construction Unlimited is seeking a results-driven sales representative to meet with clients, present roofing, siding and window solutions, and guide them to signed agreements. You will build a robust pipeline through cold calling and door-knocking, with evening and weekend availability to maximize earning potential.

As a W-2 role with paid training, you’ll earn commissions after training and have the support of a company team and leadership that has developed six-figure earners.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build rapport and consistently close sales.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Sales or client-facing experience preferred; roofing/construction knowledge not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to present tailored roofing, siding, and window solutions.
• Guide clients from first conversation to signed contract; handle evenings and weekend meetings.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and door-knocking.
