Position Overview

Essential Staffing Solutions seeks a dependable, self-motivated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for a temporary role with the potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities

1. Lead maintenance operations, ensure team efficiency, and support training development.
2. Conduct site visits to oversee maintenance activities and motivate staff.
3. Provide weekly maintenance reports to leadership.
4. Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with standards.
5. Oversee safety protocols and conduct safety training.
6. Facilitate training sessions and develop maintenance checklists.

Qualifications

1. 1-4 years of experience in apartment maintenance supervision; 5+ years preferred in property management.
2. HVAC and EPA certifications required; CPO preferred.
