Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) for Virginia to deliver concierge aesthetics at clients’ homes. You will work with injectables, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare, maintaining high clinical standards and documentation.

Flexible, part-time style contractor role with support from Pinch network and protocols. Ideal candidates hold an active Virginia APRN license, have aesthetics experience, and can manage 10–50 monthly clients while

Qualifications

• Active Virginia State APRN license
• Injectables experience and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting
• Strong patient communication and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare, and at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies and follow Pinch protocols
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book
