Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers in Summerland, CA for day, evening, and weekend shifts with 20–23 per hour pay. The role offers full-time and part-time options and flexible schedules to support seniors at home.

You’ll provide personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, with strong training and 24/7 caregiver support. Eligible candidates must meet California requirements and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help obtain upon hire).
• Valid driver’s license with access to insured vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Companionship: engaging activities for social and emotional support.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals

Qualifications
