Qualifications

• Experience as a body shop estimator, collision estimator, or damage appraiser.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with insurance companies and handle claims.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate collision repair estimates.
• Write repair estimates using estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex).
• Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and costs.
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Review damage and coordinate repairs with technicians.
• Manage supplements and ensure all repairs are properly documented.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and insurance requirements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and communication.
