We are looking for general laborers to assist with underground utility work as part of a pipe crew. We are looking for hard-working candidates who are wanting to launch their career. Construction experience is desired.

Most job sites are located within 30 miles of Sioux Falls giving our employees the ability to go home every night.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the pipe layers and top guys in their tasks
• Highest expectation of quality work
• Ability to take direction and provide support to peers
• Directions will be communicated to you, but always be looking for tasks to help the rest of the team

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain dependability and responsibility to be at work on time
• Be able to enter and exit pick-ups on jobsites and on highways in a safe manner
• Ability to follow procedures with strong attention to detail
• Ability to repetitively lift and carry at least 60 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Be able to walk, bend, twist, and maintain sure footedness on sometimes uneven or unstable ground
• Ability to work extended hours during the construction season
