Orkin is seeking a proactive Sales Inspector to perform full-home inspections and close pest-control sales with professional customer engagement. You will explain findings, recommend treatment options, and drive revenue while managing appointments and documentation on an iPad.

Top earners see substantial first-year earnings through base plus commissions, with paid training and a company vehicle provided. No prior pest control experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include sales, account management, home inspection, or project management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, roofs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings and recommend best treatment options to customers.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term protection of Orkin services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
