Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers in Illinois, Hoffman Estates, to join a high-traffic, tech-enabled shop. You bring your license and hustle; we provide the chair, client flow, and tools to elevate your career and earnings.

Income is performance-based with 75% commission, $45-$88+ per hour (plus tips), and a potential to reach $100K+ annually. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing education, and comprehensive benefits to help you grow.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
