This is a high-performance, commission-driven role with unlimited earning potential. First-year earnings commonly range from $80,000 to $150,000+, with top performers reaching $200,000–$300,000+.

• Paid $1000 per week during a 4-week training period and a 2-week ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Perform thorough inspections to identify foundation and waterproofing issues.
• Present custom solutions and close sales during the appointment.
• Build trust quickly and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Maximize each opportunity through upsells, add-ons, and referrals.
• Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Track activity, performance, and results within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
