Tupper Lake Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our caring team in Tupper Lake, NY. We provide 24-hour care in a 60-bed facility with opportunities for both long- and short-term residents.

The ideal candidate will hold an up-to-date NY LPN license and demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality resident care and comfort.

Licensed Practical Nurse

The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Certified Nurse Assistant will provide to each of their assigned residents, daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan or direction by the nurse.

Must have an up to date NY state LPN license.

Customer service skills are a must!
