Job summary

Newton Nissan South in Shelbyville, Tennessee is seeking a skilled Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles across various automotive systems. The successful candidate will perform repairs in accordance with dealership standards and communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an auto Service Technician.
• ASE Certifications are preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor regarding customer needs.
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
