Ardent Principles, Inc. is seeking a Tools Developer (Back End Development) to join our Chantilly, VA team.

This full-time onsite role requires Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS, TypeScript, Angular, REST APIs, and ArangoDB. You will work within our multi-disciplinary team to design, develop, and support enterprise applications, using JIRA for project tracking and collaborating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Onsite in Chantilly, VA is a must.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS, TypeScript, Angular, REST APIs and ArangoDB.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience using JIRA and a strong background in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications. This role requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS Services, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, REST APIs, and ArangoDB.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Using the following technologies: Elasticsearch, OAuth 2.0.


• Adapting the system data model to include a graph database and link analysis format.


• Developing link analysis visualizations for use within the application UI


• Translating user requirements into end‑to‑end design for applications/databases that may involve multiple interfaces to other applications or supporting database systems.
