Job summary

Wipro Limited in the United States is seeking a seasoned systems engineer to design, implement, and support complex IT platforms. Key skills include Splunk Enterprise, Dynatrace for performance engineering analysis, and UNIX/SHELL scripting to automate tasks and troubleshoot issues across environments.

You will perform platform health checks, apply patches and upgrades, and triage Java, .NET, and Oracle back‑end applications.

Qualifications

• Mandatory skills: Splunk AIOPS; 5-8 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in design, development and implementation of systems engineering activities, to include OS technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities.
• Responsible for components of complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities.
• Assists in establishment of input/output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility and coordination of subsystems design and integration of total system.
• Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor.
• Perform platform, health checks, apply patches and assist in upgrading of the platform and agents.
• Ability to triage and troubleshoot Java/.Net/Oracle applications on back end platform as well.
• Capable in navigating through a product outage, skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks, spotting anomalous system behavior, and figuring out the root cause of incidents
• Strong ability for using independent judgement to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or in team settings on complex production issues.
• Participate in On-Call support rotation.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
