Job Description: Systems Engineer

We are seeking experienced Systems Engineers to join our innovative IT team at Davis Unlimited Information Technologies, Inc (DUIT). Our work environment is limitless, and we value your contributions, offering opportunities for advancement in various locations across Maryland, such as Columbia.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring stability, integrity, and efficient operation of large-scale image processing and virtual server infrastructure.
• Monitoring queues, assigning tickets, verifying correct routing, and coordinating resolution activities with end-users.
• Maintaining accurate ticket status and documenting resolution activities thoroughly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 14+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Windows Server (2012, 2016), MDT, DNS, DHCP, VMware Hypervisor, and VCenter.
• Understanding of networking, subnets, VLANs, and imaging Windows desktops.
• Strong documentation skills, organizational ability, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn diverse IT skills including Linux and networking.

Additional Requirements:

• Active high-level security clearance and successful background check.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and work effectively in a team environment.
