Job description

Total Safety is looking for a Toolroom Attendant to add to their safety conscious team in Taylor, Texas ! As a Tool Room Attendant, you will be an important part of processing customer tool checkouts, stocking items, inventory integrity, asset management, ladder repair, shipping items and providing timely and accurate equipment fulfillment.

• Clear Background and Drug/Alcohol Screen Randomly
• Available to work a variety of rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack, forklift and by hand as needed
• Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs frequently).
• Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports
• Adhere to company and customer safety policies
• Frequent contact with service center personnel; fast-pace and deadline oriented.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Prompt, daily attendance at assigned work location

Position responsibilities:

Essential skills and experience:
