Job summary

Tessy Tooling in Erie, PA is seeking an experienced Toolmaker with Wire EDM expertise to join our growing injection mold team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Wire EDM experience and strong tool/mold design knowledge.

Pay will reflect experience, with a sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities emphasize teamwork, precision, and training readiness; ESPRIT programming, Sodick/FANUC wire, and related skills are a plus.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for an experienced Toolmaker/Wire EDM Operator. Our ideal candidate would have in-depth knowledge of tool /mold design and function and a minimum 3-5 years of Wire EDM experience. Pay rate will be dependent on experience.

This candidate must also possess the following:

• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• A focus on quality and precision
• Independent, self-starter, with a strong sense of organization and processing
• A willingness and desire to assist in training apprentices or new/less skilled employees
• Experience programming with ESPRIT software a plus, not a requirement
• CNC Hole Popper experience a plus, not a requirement
• Sodick and FANUC wire experience a plus
